Shipping & Returns
How packs leave the yard, when they arrive, and how we handle returns and damage. All charges and refunds are shown and processed in USD.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from DENNETT OUTDOOR LTD, Unit 1, 23 Art Road, Artigarvan, Strabane, Northern Ireland, BT82 0HA. Packs are prepared within 1–2 business days once an order is confirmed.
Shipping rates (USD)
- Free lane shipping on orders of $120 or more.
- Flat $9 shipping on orders under $120.
- Estimated UK delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
All amounts are quoted in US dollars ($). Any import or local charges outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment provider pending — no payment is collected at checkout yet. Shipping is only charged once a payment provider is enabled and an order is placed.
Returns window
Unused packs in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at support@dennettout.shop and we will confirm the return address and reference. Return postage is arranged with you at that point.
- Packs must be complete, with all included items and the swing tag.
- Refunds are issued in USD to the original order once the return is received and checked.
- Made-to-order or clearly used items may not be eligible; we will tell you before you return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a pack arrives damaged in transit or an item is missing, email support@dennettout.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will arrange a replacement of the affected item or a USD refund. This covers transit damage and picking errors only; it is not a performance, weatherproof or durability guarantee.
